About Me
Hi, my name is Amy! I’m a 25 year old from the Washington DC area. In my personal opinion, I'm not all that interesting, but some other people disagree.
During the day I work as a secretary at a local research company to help pay for my hobbies, housing, and school. I don’t plan to work there much longer, but since they offered, I’m getting them to pay for general education classes to round out my math, science & art credits. The reason I don’t plan to work there much longer is that I graduated from Potomac Massage Training Institute in 2005, and hope to be licensed by January. Once that happens, I plan on making the transition into the world of massage therapy.
In my free time, I do many things. Some are artistic or crafty in nature, such as jewelry-making, designing RPG campaigns and settings, drawing, or making winamp skins. Others involve enjoying other people's imaginations; for example, I like to read, and while almost anything might catch my interest, sci-fi and fantasy catch it most frequently. I also like to socialize with people sometimes. Generally to get my social fix, I play World of Warcraft, watch TV and movies on DVD (hey, people interact in those!), and spend time with assorted real, live friendly people.
